CANCELATION POLICY 

• Deposit is only given back for cancelation after the same time reservation you are canceling is rented to another guest and we receive the same amount deposit from the new guest.

• Otherwise you have one year to use this reservation, until the same month of reservation of the next year to the same house.

• You can pass this deposit to another guest, always if it is to the same house.

• If you cancel the reservation 6 months or less prior to the date of the reservation,  you will have the right to the 50% of the deposit using the points over described
